Purbasha's real estate division launches

Purbasha is launching a real-estate division. For a group that already owns factories, warehouses, and offices, developing property is less a new venture than a natural extension of how we already think about physical assets.

We build things that exist. That principle has governed our food manufacturing, our logistics fleet, and now our energy work. Real estate is the same instinct applied to the ground itself.

Building where Bangladesh is going

The division's mandate is deliberately narrow to start. We are focused on locations tied to the country's real trajectory: industrial corridors, growing secondary cities, and the infrastructure that connects them. We would rather do a few well-sited projects with honest timelines than promise a skyline.

Real estate joins solar energy and electric mobility as our three emerging divisions: each an infrastructure business, each owned outright, each connected to the supply chain we already run. Land near our logistics routes, rooftops for our own solar, sites built for a fleet that is going electric: the divisions are designed to reinforce one another.
