Overview
Puffed rice is deceptively hard to make well. Get the moisture wrong and it's tough; get the heat wrong and it's ash. Get the paddy wrong and none of it matters.
We've been making muri in Pabna since 2010, in the middle of Bangladesh's rice district, using paddy we source directly. It's the product that built this company, the product our biggest clients buy from us, and the product that clears food inspection in Japan and the Gulf.
