Purbasha began with rice and a small factory in Pabna. Today it's an industrial group spanning food, commodities, logistics, energy, and property, on four continents.
Our story
It started with a mill town.
Ishwardi, in Pabna, has fed this country for generations. It's a rail junction, a rice district, and the kind of place where a business either earns trust or doesn't survive. Purbasha was built there.
We incorporated in 2010 with a simple proposition: source honestly, manufacture cleanly, deliver on time. That was enough to earn the confidence of Bangladesh's largest consumer companies, and then of buyers in Dubai, Tokyo, and beyond.
Fifteen years on, the proposition hasn't changed. Only the scale has.

2010
Purbasha Organic Food & Beverage Ltd. incorporated. Factory established at Ishwardi, Pabna.
2013
First export shipments: puffed rice to the Gulf.
2016
Bela Transport founded; the group takes control of its own first-mile logistics.
2019
Bulk commodity trading scales: maize, soybean meal, rice.
2021
Turnover reaches 720M BDT. Anabya Food Stuff Trading Co. L.L.C established in Dubai.
2023
Corporate office opens in Dhaka. Humanitarian supply partnership begins.
2025
Group crosses $50M in cumulative commodity supply.
2026
Solar, electric mobility, and real estate divisions launched.
